Based on environmental protection, we carefully select every substrate. The core substrate includes pea fiber and high-quality starch, stirred 360° to form a uniform base powder.
The mixture is sent into a spiral extruder under high pressure, forming continuous cylindrical particles with a uniform diameter of 1.5-3mm.
Particles are dried at 100°C-110°C to reduce moisture to below 10%. This ensures hardness and provides a sterilizing effect for pet safety. Particles are then screened and cooled to room temperature.
Computer-precise weighing ensures accurate specifications (2.5kg, 6L, etc.) before sealing in anti-spill packaging bags.
