What is your MOQ?
Normally 13 Tons (20ft) is requested as the minimum order quantity. 1 Ton would be accepted, but with a higher price. Different scents could be mixed into one container.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We could offer free samples, but the courier fee should be paid by your side.
What is your popular package size?
6L (2.5KGS)/plastic bag, 8 bags/CTN. Your special requirements are accepted.
Can I do OEM?
Yes. We have our own litter factory and package bag factory with professional designers. We can produce cat litter and packaging as per your requirements.
How about the lead time?
For existing bags, 1 week for a 20ft container. For new OEM brands, it takes 3 weeks for bags, totaling 4 weeks. Repeated OEM orders take 1-2 weeks.
Do you offer matching products?
Yes, we provide matching pet products such as scratching boards, cat climbers, and more if you are interested.
