Based on environmental protection, we carefully select pea fiber and high-quality soybean residue. All materials undergo 360° stirring to form a uniform base powder.
Mixed powder is sent to a spiral extruder. Under high pressure, it is extruded through circular holes (1.5-3mm) to form cylindrical particles (1-1.5cm length).
Particles are dried at 100°C-110°C to reduce moisture to below 10%. This ensures hardness and sterilization. After drying, vibration screening removes dust and irregular particles.
Precise computer weighing (2.5kg/bag, 6L/bag, etc.) into anti-spill sealed bags. Every step embodies the pursuit of environmental protection and functionality.
