What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally 13 Tons (20ft container) is requested. 1 Ton can be accepted but at a higher price. Different scents can be mixed in one container.
Do you offer free samples for testing?
Yes, we provide free samples. However, the courier/shipping fee should be covered by the customer.
What are your popular packaging sizes?
Our standard size is 6L (2.5KGS) per plastic bag, packed 8 bags per carton. We also accept special customized packaging requirements.
Can I request OEM services for my brand?
Yes! We have our own production facilities and professional designers to help create cat litter and packaging bags according to your specific requirements.
What is the leading time for orders?
For existing packaging, about 1 week for a 20ft container. For new OEM brands, it takes 3-4 weeks (including bag production). Repeated OEM orders usually take 1-2 weeks.
Do you provide matching pet products?
Yes, we offer complementary pet products such as scratching boards, cat climbers, and more to fill your containers.
