The disc granulator is a specialized fertilizer granulating equipment designed for producing spherical granules. It is widely used for processing powder materials into uniform particles. The machine features a unique arc structure, achieving a balling rate of over 93%.
The tilt angle and rotation speed of the disc are adjustable, allowing precise control over the size, shape, and hardness of the finished granules. It is ideal for organic compound fertilizers, cat litter, laundry fragrance beads, and desiccants.
Raw materials are fed into the disc evenly. Centrifugal force and friction make the materials stick together. As the plate rotates, materials roll to form uniform spherical particles, which are then discharged through the edge.
